Water damage Alhamba, CA hotel

There was severe water damage in an Alhambra, CA hotel. The initial cause of water damage is still unknown. SERVPRO of San Gabriel was contacted by management because prior hotel work we had done in at Pasadena, CA hotel. Eric was not able to do the inspection the same day of initial contact, but still worked promptly with property management. The day of inspection Eric arrived to the Alhambra hotel with SERVPRO technicians. Upon arrival Eric assumed it to be over flow of running water.  There wasn't any signs of burst pipe or slab leaks. After the inspection was complete technicians began moving furniture so they could set up dryers to dry affected area. They also tested for mold growth since water had been sitting in affected area for two days before any work began. The property management company was pleased with results and the promptness and professionalism provided by Eric and SERVPRO of San Gabriel team.
