After being shut down by local authorities we were contacted by the owners to assist them in remediation, clean up and the final reconstruction of the vandalized property. We were able to assist the homeowner coordinate with their insurance company to get the funds they need to get their property back to marketable condition. The home owners were able to  list the property online again and is now occupied.
