Massive leak causing water damage in Arcadia home

A massive leak occurred in Arcadia home. The property owner reached out to SERVPRO San Gabriel after being referred. When the home owner reached out to SERVPRO San Gabriel he mentioned that this is the second time a leak occurred because of this burst pipe. A slab leak was the result of the pipe bursting. After contacting SERVPRO the home owner was in contact with Derrick who scheduled an inspection with our customer. The day of inspection Derrick was able to see the water damage right away. The vinyl wood floor was already swelling. When technicians arrived they began tearing out the damaged area and seeing mold all on the sub floor. Tech's then began cleaning the sub floor after seeing mold growth under the vinyl floor they tore out. After cleaning and removing affected areas techs then began drying the area before installing new flooring. The home owner was extremely pleased with the results and thrilled the burst pipe is finally thoroughly repaired.
