Fire Damage from an old cable in Attic

Old electric wire caught on fire inside attic in Hacienda Heights, CA. The tenant noticed by smelling burning stuff, and the smoke coming out from A/C vent. Fire department came and spray water from the roof, and the whole bathroom was wet. SERVPRO of San Gabriel received urgent call and got to the job site. We put dehumidifier inside the bathroom and cut expanding drywall from the ceiling. The tenant is moved out because there is residue from the smoke. We clean the smoke mark as soon as we can, and try to clean this fire job quickly so that the tenant can move back for their convenience.
