My insurance company was a nightmare to deal with! But once I called SERVPRO I feel like I was well taken care of and made this part of the process very smooth.

Earlier this year my home suffered a flood due to the water hose leading to the refrigerator supply line.  My whole downstairs area including kitchen, living room, and powder room was completely ruined.  My insurance company was a nightmare to deal with but once I called SERVPRO I feel like I was well taken care of and made this part of the process very smooth.

I initially spoke to Eric, and she immediately started contacting my insurance so I did not have to deal with them as well as Derrick  and his team to start setting up their equipment to reduce the moisture and mitigate the mold damage.  They came that very day I called when I could not even reach my insurance for days.

Eric  and Derrick have not only been kind, courteous, and professional throughout the process but they have also been very helpful in comforting in light of this unfortunate event in my home.  I feel like they went above and beyond.

I'm glad they were there for me and my home!
